Governors
Governors are a voluntary body of people who guide and support the strategic direction of the school. Their role includes:
- setting the school’s vision, ethos and strategic direction
- holding the headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils
- overseeing the financial performance of the school and making sure its money is well spent.
They are key members of the school team and their contribution to the running of the school is highly valued.
