Behaviour at Healdswood

Everyday in school we see children who show us excellent behaviour.  We want to say 'well done' to these children and work together to show everyone how to have brilliant behaviour.  Every day, every child begins with their name on the green star.

If we follow the RainboRules, our name is moved up the behaviour tower.  Our name will move to the bronze star, then the silver star and finally the gold star! If we make it onto the gold star, we get a ‘dojo point’ on Class Dojo. Our teacher selects the learning power or rainbow rules that we have displayed and our parents are notified on their app.  Each Friday three children are selected using the random generator on Class Dojo. The children, whose names are selected by Class Dojo, get to choose a small prize from the Golden Box.

If we do the wrong thing and break the Rainbow Rules, our name will move down the behaviour tower.  If we continue to do the wrong thing and make it to the bottom of the tower we will receive a red card.  This will result in time out outside the Headteacher's office and a red card being sent home.  When we have completed time out, our name will return to the green star where we will have the chance to move back up our behaviour tower!
