Behaviour at Healdswood

Everyday in school we see children who show us excellent behaviour.  We want to say 'well done' to these children and work together to show everyone how to have brilliant behaviour.  Every day, every child begins with their name on the green star.  If we follow the RainboRules, our name is moved up the behaviour tower.  Our name will move to the bronze star, then the silver star and finally the gold star!  If our name reaches the gold star we are rewarded with a golden ticket which goes into the golden box in their classroom.  Each week, the teacher chooses two children's names from the golden box and those children receive a treat from the class treasure box!

If we do the wrong thing and break the Rainbow Rules, our name will move down the behaviour tower.  If we continue to do the wrong thing and make it to the bottom of the tower we will receive a red card.  This will result in time out outside the Headteacher's office and a red card being sent home.  When children have completed their time out, their name will return to the green star where they will have the chance to move back up our behaviour tower!
